Percy Harvin (PUP, hip) returned to Seahawks practice Monday.
Multiple reports have indicated Harvin has a shot to play in Week 8 versus St. Louis, and this puts him on track. The Seahawks still haven't formally activated Harvin from the reserve/PUP list, but could do so later this week.

ESPN's Adam Schefter reports Percy Harvin (hip) is expected to make his season debut against the Vikings in Week 11.
Harvin has yet to begin practicing, as the Seahawks have been extremely noncommittal regarding their prized possession of last offseason. Coach Pete Carroll has been upbeat regarding Harvin but has suggested all along the team plans to bring him along slowly. A Week 11 return to action would be a nice surprise at this point. Harvin needs to be owned in all formats as a wide receiver loaded with upside. Expect plenty of updates on him this upcoming week.

Seahawks activated WR/KR Percy Harvin (hip) from the PUP list.
He's now officially on the 53-man roster and on track to play in Week 11 against the Vikings. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Monday, however, that Harvin will handle a "limited" dose of snaps versus his old team. Fantasy owners can try trotting him out as a risky WR3 in his first game back, but should be targeting Weeks 13-16 for a real fantasy impact. The 9-1 Seahawks' passing game was already clicking and now adds one of the most dynamic, versatile talents in football to its repertoire. Look out, league.

Percy Harvin (hip) was upgraded to "full" in Thursday's practice.
It all but ensures that Harvin will make his 2013 debut against his former team this weekend, even if he earns a "questionable" tag on Friday's injury report. Coach Pete Carroll had said how Harvin responded to practicing on Wednesday would be key to his Week 11 status, and the fact that he's done so with a full practice is a good indication he's ready to return. Harvin is expected to be on a snap count against the Vikings, making him a boom-or-bust WR3. Owners would be best served by keeping Harvin benched until after the Seahawks' Week 12 bye.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports Percy Harvin (hip) is expected to play 10-15 snaps in his season debut Sunday against the Vikings.
Obviously, fantasy owners would be taking quite the risk by starting Harvin this week. However, we still maintain our stance that unless you're loaded at receiver, Harvin has a decent chance of finding the end zone against his former teammates as a WR3 with upside. He has WR1/2 potential down the stretch.

ESPN's Chris Mortensen reports Percy Harvin's snaps will be "meaningful" Sunday against the Vikings, and the Seahawks will "make sure he has the ball in his hands."
Earlier reports indicated Harvin would only play 10-15 snaps. If he can get closer to 30 and see something like six targets with one or two in the red zone, we'd like his chances of paying dividends as a fantasy WR3. Harvin is shaping up as a boom-or-bust play this week. Unless we were loaded at receiver, we'd lean toward playing rather than sitting him in most instances.
